Hi — I’m Valeriya (she/her). I believe deeply in the resilience of the human spirit, and I see my role as someone who walks alongside my clients as they uncover their own strength, healing, and self-acceptance.
Maybe you’re feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or unhelpful patterns that keep repeating. Or perhaps trauma from the past is still showing up in ways you didn’t expect. You’re craving a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can let down your guard, share what’s real, and begin to heal.
My style is compassionate and down-to-earth. I offer practical strategies informed by evidence-based approaches, and I stay with you in the messiness as you rebuild, grow, and rediscover what you love about life.
I hold a BA (Honours) in Environmental Studies, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (MACP, RP). My specialized training includes EMDR, TF-CBT, and work in responding to disclosure of sexual violence. I’m also in training for couples approaches (EFT / EFIT) and have certificates in AODA, human trafficking, and attachment parenting.
If you’re ready to see if we click, I’d be honoured to offer you a free 15-minute consult.

Hi, I’m Rebecca Crawford (she/her) — an introverted laugh-lover who also believes in doing the deep work. I want therapy to feel like your childhood best friend holding your hand as you confront your bully.
You and I will dig into your relationships, ease the anxiety leaking into your day-to-day, and truly heal from the trauma and hardships you’ve endured. I’m here to help you feel heard, understood, and supported — not with cookie-cutter solutions, but with genuine curiosity, compassion, and (yes) a little sarcasm when it fits.
I have a passion for helping those struggling with women’s issues, domestic violence, and eating/body image concerns — partly because I’ve seen firsthand how societal pressure and trauma can create deep wounds. My educational journey is grounded in a BA in Women & Gender Studies (minor in Psychology) and a Master of Counselling.
In our sessions, expect a blend of safety, challenge, laughter, tears, and transformation. We’ll highlight your strengths, dismantle what’s holding you back, and walk together toward relief, healing, and hope.

Hi, I’m Cassandra (she/her) — an extrovert who also values quiet moments, a self-proclaimed animal lover, and someone who believes wholeheartedly in the power of compassion and authenticity.
You’ll find our sessions equal parts laughter, tears, real talk, and emotional safety.
Whether you’re a child learning to name your feelings, a teen struggling with self-worth or anxiety, a young adult feeling overwhelmed, or a family trying to reconnect, I’m here to help you feel seen, understood, and supported.
My clients often come to me with challenges around anxiety, low mood, stress, and confidence. Together, we’ll explore what’s underneath the surface, build strategies that feel right to you, and help you move forward with more ease and clarity.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, and I’m registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists. Families appreciate that I’m flexible, approachable, and always striving to create a space where real growth can happen — messiness, quirks, and all.

For as long as I can remember, I have been a helper. I have always been drawn to helping and supporting those around me who are in need. I started out my professional journey as a helper by obtaining an Honors Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a certificate in Communication Disorder Assisting where I spent six years working with and supporting children who have behavioural, developmental and speech needs. I went back to school to earn my Master’s in Counselling Psychology so that I could not only support at the individual level but at the family and couples level as well.
From an evidenced based cognitive behavioral approach that integrates both emotion focused therapy and narrative therapy, I work to support individuals, couples and families with an individualized and collaborative approach to overcoming struggles with anger management, grief/loss, eating disorders, relationship issues, low self-esteem as well as emotional distress such as anxiety and depression
When not working or studying, you will find me outdoors, running, playing baseball, hockey or skiing with my family. It is my children and my husband who inspire and motivate me each day to stay true to my values, beliefs and to continue my journey toward self-awareness.
